Lynn’s Hatha Yoga classes are a varied mixture of classic poses (asanas), flowing sequences, breathing exercises (pranayama), and relaxation.

The classes are known for their friendly, welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. They will leave you feeling as if you’ve had a good workout, stretched, toned, calm and serene!

About Yoga

The physical aspects of Yoga can help with posture, skeletal alignment, flexibility, strength and balance.

Combined with breath-work, the poses also work at a deeper level to tone and condition the internal organs, the respiratory and digestive system, balance the nervous and endocrine system (glands and hormones).

Inverted poses are known to nourish brain cells and improve mental clarity, increase emotional stability and bring about an enhanced state of overall well-being.
